Every set in this range is a cutter-and-embosser pair rather than a plain outline, so the character detail is pressed into the dough at the same time as the shape is cut. That is the difference between a biscuit shaped like a character and one that actually looks like it, and it is why these work for people who do not pipe.
Sizes are matched across the range so a mixed batch bakes evenly, and the cutting depth is the same on every piece. Roll to 4-5mm, chill the cut shapes before they go in, and the embossed lines hold through the bake instead of softening as the biscuit spreads.
